WhiteHatt Technologies, Inc. is an emerging technology company focused on designing, producing and marketing products that access, organize and store Internet content such as movies, television shows and sporting events as well as, music, video and other Internet material for viewing and interacting with through your television. WhiteHatt’s goal is to provide freedom to the consumer to create and customize the entertainment experience they choose without being burdened with endless, escalating cable or satellite TV bills. WhiteHatt’s all-in-one portable component integrates live television with built-in DVR, Internet television, social networking and Blu-ray/DVD providing consumers with millions of hours of free programming with limited or no commercial interruptions.
Management Team Daniel M. Cutting, Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer, Director A serial Internet entrepreneur, Mr. Cutting founded iPlanet Consulting, an Internet based lead generation service in 1998. Launched initially for the automotive transport industry, iPlanet grew to encompass the entire moving industry. Mr. Cutting sold iPlanet in 2007 after which he consulted in the area of Internet marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO) services, e-commerce and web development. Mr. Cutting has spent much of the last few years researching the growing Internet television market, developing WhiteHatt’s first product offering conceptually and building an SEO tool capable, once activated, of steering substantial traffic to WhiteHatt’s website. Supported by MFMvc’s expertise in marketing, advertising and public relations, Mr. Cutting’s primary focus, aside from his duties as Chief Executive Officer of WhiteHatt, is in the areas of marketing, online sales and research and development.
Robert A. “Bob” Parton, Jr. Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer Bob brings to the position of Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer 40 years of successful business experience. As a key member of the Executive Management team of WhiteHatt Technologies, Inc., Bob has a strategic role in the overall management of the company. Bob has primary responsibility for managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This includes direct responsibility for finance, investor relations, accounting, forecasting, management reporting and SEC compliance. Prior to joining WhiteHatt Technologies, Bob served as Vice President of Management at Morgan Stanley. Highlights of Bob’s responsibilities with Morgan Stanley included the supervision of financial advisers, compliance and syndicated and secondary offerings. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Bob Parton operated and managed two very successful businesses simultaneously from start-up through sale. Currently, Bob is a trustee of the Kiwanis International Foundation, the fund raising and grant giving branch of Kiwanis International. The Foundation is currently tasked with raising US$ 100,000,000. to eliminate Maternal Neonatal Tetanus (MNT) from the world.
Mark Gintis, Chief Technology Officer Mark Gintis, WhiteHatt’s Chief Technology Officer, is a senior engineer with a diverse career in high technology industries. Mark joined WhiteHatt in November, 2010 and has been instrumental in developing the operational environment for WhiteHatt’s Internet Television Component and its User Interface. Mark’s resume includes positions with U.S. Digital Television, Inc. (USDTV) and Sezmi, where he was a key player in the design, management and implementation of Sezmi’s network. Mark Gintis’s background includes 25 years working with companies including AT&T, Motorola and IBM. Mark is an Electrical Engineer with a degree from the University of Florida.
Neil R. Gordon, Director Mr. Gordon began his career with the accounting firm of Haskins & Sells, in 1969 and served as Director of Finance and Accounting of Empire of Carolina, Inc., form 1979 to 1982. He was then associated with Centronics Data Computer Corp., a computer peripherals manufacturer and Ekco Group, Inc., a leading consumer products manufacturer and marketer for 14 years, including 8 years as the company’s Treasurer, before establishing N.R. Gordon & Company in 1995. Mr. Gordon served on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Natural Blue Resources, Inc., (formerly Datameg Corporation) and on the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of Avitar, Inc., as an advisor to many emerging companies.
Michael E. Feldman, Director Michael Feldman, has a long and distinguished career working with technology companies and has focused on building and leading engineering teams that innovate best-in-class products. He has been involved with many successful start-ups, including Xyvision, Inc., Netlink and Wavesmith. At Wavesmith, Mr. Feldman served as Senior Director and General Manager for Acton, Massachusetts Research & Development facility. Currently, Mr. Feldman serves as Vice President of Engineering for BigBelly Solar, a provider of the world’s first solar powered trash compactors.
Legal – , LLC We use the law firm of Labertew & Associates, LLC (www.labertewlaw.com) for our legal services related to this offering and U.S. corporate law. Labertew & Associates’ primary expertise is assisting emerging companies through growth and acquisitions. I this capacity, they facilitate private and public securities offerings, provide general corporate expertise and advice, and offer capable commercial litigation experience.
Strategic Alliances MFMvc & Media Funding Management MFMvc provides incubation and financial advisory services to the issuer and Media Funding Management supplies mainstream advertising once the Company is publicly traded. Once public, WhiteHatt will have full access to virtually all mainstream media – from print and television to the Internet. “Equity advertising exchange” involves trading equity in a fair value exchange for mainstream advertising. The relationship facilitates the procurement of advertising and related services, in exchange for WhiteHatt’s common stock. Media resulting from the equity advertising exchange drives WhiteHatt’s target demographic to the WhiteHatt web site creating sales opportunities.
